What Is It ?

Manufacturing Masters learning programmes are designed to help the employer to develop the high level capabilities of their workforce at all levels, strengthening your position within this competitive global market.

The Licentiateship programme structure can be designed to meet individual requirements and normally comprises of a combination of taught sessions, self managed learning, set meetings and support from a workforce mentor.

Assessment is through :-                                                            

A 2,000 word assignment on a work-based project

A 1,000 word report on personal review of learning

A completed C&E skills grid

Who Manages It ?

Manufacturing Masters is managed by YFM Business Development which runs the Manufacturing Advisory Service (MAS) in Yorkshire and Humberside.

The programme is delivered in conjunction with the University of Leeds and funded by Yorkshire Forward.

Delivered by PDA who is a leading provider of management consultancy and training services to the industrial, commercial and public sectors, working with businesses of all sizes across the UK and Eastern Europe.  We have a reputation for delivering high quality, effective solutions and results, and are registered to provide grant funded services on behalf of MAS.

We have experienced and motivated trainers who have developed and delivered a wide range of seminars ranging from engineering to business improvement topics.  They are MAS registered, have worked with us for many years successfully assisting companies in different industries with their improvement projects.
