Established 1982 by Phil Downing as a training organisation, PDA has now
become one of Yorkshire’s leading providers of management consultancy and
training services.
From 1988 and into the 1990’s PDA was a key provider of consultancy services
on the dti Enterprise Initiative Scheme covering all six
Initiatives and working in all regions of the UK.
In 2002 PDA became an approved supplier of services to The Manufacturing
Advisory Service (MAS) working in Yorkshire and The Humber, London, the North
West and East Midlands. We have helped hundreds of businesses to take
advantage of MAS funded Manufacturing Reviews, and 50% MAS funded projects to
help businesses to become more efficient, more profitable and plan for the
